If you prefer a nutritional wellness consultation without a bioresonance scan, please download and complete the Systems Survey and Toxicity Questionnaire. Once the forms are completed, you may call or email to request an appointment. Completed forms must be received and reviewed prior to scheduling so the consultation can be focused on your wellness goals, nutrition history, lifestyle patterns, and areas where additional support may be helpful.

Service fees are due on the day of the appointment before the consultation begins.

Quantum Healing and Natural Medicine Center provides non-diagnostic wellness consultations, bioenergetic wellness assessments, nutritional and supplement education, frequency-based wellness support, and lifestyle guidance. Services are educational in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Bioresonance and bioenergetic findings are interpreted as wellness information and energetic stress patterns, not medical diagnoses. Clients should consult their licensed medical provider for any medical concerns, symptoms, diagnosis, or treatment decisions.
