Bioenergetic wellness sessions are designed to encourage balance, relaxation, stress resilience, and overall well-being. This whole-person approach recognizes that physical wellness is closely connected with the mind, emotions, and energetic patterns of the body. Sessions may be completed remotely using Medicine Way technology or in person using tools such as Medicine Way, Medicine Wheel, Auricular Therapy, PEMF, DENAS, Single Point Tester, and other frequency-based wellness technologies.
Medical Nutrition
We focus on clean, whole-food nutrition and reducing exposure to unnecessary additives, pesticides, and highly processed ingredients. Choosing cleaner, organically grown foods and plant-based wellness support can help nourish the body and promote overall balance. Nutritional education may also include guidance on supporting the body’s natural elimination pathways and making healthier daily choices. Consultations are available in person or online. Standard Process products are often recommended because they are whole-food-based nutritional supplements made with a strong focus on quality ingredients. This education is designed to support wellness, healthy lifestyle habits, and the body’s natural ability to maintain balance.
